This Privacy Policy outlines how ConnectiChat collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the ConnectiChat website and services. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by ConnectiChat. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information, especially in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies for applications utilizing Facebook and WhatsApp APIs.

ConnectiChat may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

When you utilize ConnectiChat services that integrate with Meta platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp), we may request and collect certain information based on the permissions you grant. This includes:

  • whatsapp_business_management: Information necessary to manage your WhatsApp Business Account, including account settings, business profiles, and message templates. This allows us to facilitate your use of WhatsApp Business features through our platform.
  • whatsapp_business_messaging: Data related to your WhatsApp business messages, including message content, timestamps, and recipient information. This is essential for providing messaging services and enabling communication between your business and your customers via WhatsApp.
  • public_profile: Your basic public profile information from Facebook, such as your name and profile picture. This helps us personalize your experience and identify your account within our system.
  • email: Your primary email address associated with your Facebook account. This is used for account verification, communication, and support purposes.

We only collect the data necessary for the functionality of our services and as explicitly authorized by you through the Meta permissions system. All data collected via Meta APIs is handled in strict accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

ConnectiChat collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • Service Improvement and Analytics: To analyze usage patterns related to WhatsApp Business features and other Meta integrations, helping us to improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of our services. This may involve aggregated and anonymized data analysis.
  • Customer Support and Communication: To provide effective customer support, respond to your inquiries, and send you important service-related notifications via your provided email address.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
